My Approach

I was drawn to this career after seeing the power of therapy in my own journey navigating life's ups and downs. I understand that showing up for therapy can take courage, because I have done it myself. Non-judgment, curiosity, care and warmth are cornerstones of my practice and it is important to me to tailor our work together to your unique needs.

Together, we’ll focus on reconnecting you to your authentic self. Honouring every part that makes up who you are, we’ll open a dialogue between various parts of yourself while exploring your story. We will strive to co-create a space for bravery where we can foster & honour your resilience. I have dedicated my personal and professional development to learning from teachers and mentors who see the connection between the individual, community and systems and who embody inclusivity and social justice at every turn. I strive to empower you to better understand yourself, while working towards balance and integration. I am dedicated to a person-centered, gender-affirming, trauma informed and sex positive approach.

Professionally, I hold an MA in Counselling Psychology and I take regular trainings to keep up to date on the latest developments in the field. Before my career in Psychotherapy, I studied International Political Economy and worked in environmental policy and international relations, which contributes to my understanding and passion for using a systems and feminist therapy lens. I have over 10 years of experience working in the health and wellness industry, which influenced my strong understanding of the body-mind-spirit connection.
