Thank you for considering me in your search for a therapist. I believe that effective therapy is rooted in the safety and compatibility of the client-therapist relationship. From our first interaction, I aim to establish connection and cultivate a strong therapeutic relationship built on compassion, safety, and trust.

I strive to maintain an authentic and transparent practice that honors the courage it takes to seek therapy. My integrative approach often incorporates person-centered and narrative methodologies, allowing the therapeutic process to be tailored your unique needs. I work to create a warm and inclusive space that encourages collaboration, discussion, and self-exploration.

I support individuals facing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships self-esteem, stress, grief, anger management, identity, school, ADHD and neurodiversity, chronic pain, and more. As connected and committed therapist with lived experience as a transgender person, I am equipped to serve the needs of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and their allies.
